The chilitos on foothills are really. Fun and nice place to go to their food is very good.The crowd is fun.The canteen is a blast and you can get some pretty decent drink prices. The folks who work in the cantina are really fun and nice people

Great food and salsa. Good margaritas. I like to do the chacha there while I eat my tacos

Dad and I came in today and the service was great! We both ordered the chicken fried steak and they were cooked perfectly. The green chili/white gravy sauce was a perfect blend of heat and flavors. Thank you for the service and food. We will return.

Nice place to dine but still some inconsistencies I have checked in several times at Chilitos on Foothills over the past few months. My evaluation remains much the same. A couple weeks ago I had a red chile meat smothered burrito that was excellent, but the chicken chimichanga I had today was not great. I wanted to order a combination plate today but unlike the online menu the menu I was presented with did not have the option of a "do it yourself combo." It said, "no substitutions." The chicken in the chimi was basically thigh meat and it was not seasoned. On the plus side there was a lot of chicken in the chimi but there was no green sauce or green chile with it making it a bit dry and bland. The rice was a bit dry and the refried beans most ordinary. The chips were good as was the salsa. Overall, I would rate the chimi a "B" meaning good but not great. I will not order this chimi again. The chimichanga plate as a whole was a bit disappointing.....not bad but nothing too special. The service today was good, the pricing ok, the ambiance was fine. Chilitos is a good place to feast on New Mex food but at the end of the day they don't seem to ever strive for greatness.

The food was hot and fresh and the service by Jules was great! The number 2 combo plate is the perfect variety of what they have to offer. Don't forget to add a side of Fries! The fries are hot and delicious and taste great dipped in their signature salsa!

They were a little understaffed tonight for the early dinner rush (6pm on Sat night), but once we were seated the service was quick and thorough. I had the Combo #3 with ground beef taco, chile relleno, and enchilada both red and green sauce served with refried beans, rice, and lettuce. The red sauce had more kick to it, but I liked the flavor of the green a little more. I enjoyed having both "Christmas" style. I also ordered a draft local blonde ale (Bosque Brewing Pistol Pete's 1888) that came out in a giant frosty mug which was a steal at only $5.50! This was my second time at Chilitos, but first time at this location and I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town.

I had the chicken fajitas. The meal came with complimentary chips and salsa. Chips were thick and crispy. Salsa had a lot of garlic powder and i love garlic! The chicken fajita came with a big portion for the price and was charred. It also came with homemade flour tortillas, beans, rice, plus lettuce and pico with a big dollhouse of guacamole and sour cream. Fantastic!
